Our team can assist with the everyday things that make a real difference, from managing routines at home to getting out into the community and building new skills. We follow your lead, respect how you prefer things done and focus on the areas where support will be most useful.
Your NDIS plan gives us important information, but it does not tell us everything about you. We also want to know what a good week looks like, what you enjoy, what tends to make things difficult and what you would like to do with more confidence.
Those conversations help us provide support that makes sense in practice, rather than simply working through a list of funded tasks.
Our values shape how we communicate, make decisions and respond when something needs to change. They keep the focus on respectful support, shared responsibility and outcomes that matter to the participant.

Every person has their own preferences, rights and ideas about how they want to live. We listen, respect your decisions and make room for your voice in the support you receive.

Better outcomes come from sharing information and working together. We welcome input from participants, families and other members of the support team while keeping the participant’s choices at the centre.

We stay open to feedback and look for better ways to provide support. That may mean adjusting an approach, learning a new skill or finding a more practical way to help you work towards a goal.

Privacy, safety and accountability are treated seriously. Our team communicates honestly, follows through on commitments and raises concerns rather than allowing important details to be overlooked.
RT Disability Services brings together training across both disability and aged care. This includes a Certificate IV in Disability and a Certificate III in Aged Care, supported by three years of experience within disability care.
Qualifications provide the foundation, but good support also depends on patience, observation and knowing when to step in. We pay attention to what is working, notice where extra help may be useful and adjust without taking control away from you.
Progress does not always come from major milestones. Sometimes it is completing part of a routine with less assistance, trying a new activity or feeling more comfortable making a decision. We recognise those steps and help you continue building from them.
