Our Support Services

Practical support at home, in the community and across the everyday skills you want to build.

Support for everyday life

Choose the help that fits

No two weeks look exactly the same. You may need help keeping on top of things at home, getting to appointments, building confidence with daily tasks or becoming more involved in your community.

Our support services can be shaped around the areas that matter most to you, with the flexibility to adjust as your routines, goals and circumstances change.

In-Home Support

Supported Independent Living

Living more independently does not mean doing everything alone. Supported Independent Living can provide regular assistance with the parts of home life where you need extra help, while keeping you involved in decisions about your routines and household.

This may include support with meal preparation, personal care, household responsibilities, appointments and building the skills needed to manage your home with greater confidence.

Daily Personal Activities

Personal care is individual, and the way assistance is provided matters. We take the time to understand your routine, preferences and comfort levels before stepping in.

Support may include showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating and other personal activities. Our approach protects your privacy and gives you as much choice and control as possible throughout your routine.

Household Tasks

A home can quickly become harder to manage when routine jobs begin piling up. We provide practical assistance with cleaning, laundry, dishes, changing linen, meal preparation and other household tasks.

You can remain involved in the parts you enjoy or want to practise, while receiving help with anything that feels difficult, tiring or unsafe to complete alone.

Support Coordination

Understanding an NDIS plan and turning it into practical support can feel like a job in itself. Support Coordination helps you make sense of your funding, connect with suitable providers and keep the different parts of your plan moving in the same direction.

We can help you compare options, prepare for conversations, address gaps in your current supports and build the confidence to manage more of your plan over time.

Development of Life Skills

Everyday skills can create more choice in almost every part of life. Sessions are based on what you want to learn and can take place at home or in the community.

You may work on cooking, budgeting, shopping, using public transport, planning your week, attending appointments or managing household routines. Tasks are broken into practical steps, with guidance that can reduce as your confidence grows.

Community Access

Community Participation

Getting out can be about much more than filling time. It may mean reconnecting with an interest, joining a local activity, attending an appointment or becoming familiar with places you would like to visit independently.

We can help with planning, transport and support while you are out, so you can take part at a pace that feels comfortable.

Innovative Community Participation

Sometimes the usual programs do not match a person’s interests or goals. Innovative Community Participation takes a more individual approach, using your strengths and interests to explore new opportunities.

This may include volunteering, creative activities, community projects, social connections or experiences that build confidence in unfamiliar settings.

Group and Centre-Based Activities

Group activities offer opportunities to meet people, try something different and practise social skills in a relaxed environment.

Activities can include recreation, creative projects, skill-building sessions and local outings. You can take part with the level of guidance you need, without pressure to participate in every part of the activity.

Travel and Transport

Reliable transport can make it easier to keep appointments, maintain routines and stay connected with your community. We can assist with travel to activities, shopping, appointments, work, study or social outings.

Where appropriate, transport can also become an opportunity to build confidence with planning routes, navigating familiar places and using public transport.
